Inquired about refinancing my house ,no relationship with LoanDepot Stop sharing my personal.
If I could give zero stars. Horrible communication services, horrible commitment with clients. They don’t respond to è-mails, don’t return phone calls. Not recommend, not professional, your credit scores get dropped ridiculous and your re- financing becomes a nightmare working with this people.

I paid to lock into a rate. After providing all information within 24 hours, I was in review status. My loan was rejected because 'PROGRAM REQUESTED NOT AVAILABLE'. This again is after paying the fee to lock in the rate. My only assumption is now that rates are increasing they will have a harder time selling my loan, so they rejected the load. Communication. After locking in, I never received a single email, text, or internal Loandepot messages to the 2-3 questions I asked. One of those questions was based a a phone call fro... read more

I called this company to inquire about rates, I was being pushed into completing an application. I was just shopping around and the person I spoke with, Tarek G******* was extremely pushy. I told him I would call him back if I decided to go with LoanDepot that I wanted to shop around first. Janna L**** (loan officer) was incompetent in her services and refused to communicate with me over the phone. I asked her multiple times to call to discuss questions and scenarios but I only spoke with her two times over the phone during the entire process and left her countless voicemails. My agent also left her many voicemails and the title people also left her many voicemails. Out of all of them, I selected Ron and his team because they didn't make me feel rushed, like another number, or a quick paycheck.
