I have used Loan Depot twice for home refinance and it was a very easy process with good service and communication. I would highly recommend them.
Loan Depot delivered in 22 days during this early Fall’s rush. I was extremely happy. Could not have had a better team. They worked hard on evenings and weekends and even holidays to deliver.
I have had a horrible experience with Loan Depot. I have left numerous messages in regards to my loan. I rarely get a call back. I have been in the process of trying to refinance my home with Loan Depot since August. I have given them all the necessary paperwork and they keep telling me my loan will hopefully be processed by the end of the week yet still no response. Loan Depot did an excellent job in giving us our refinance of our home. There were no problems at all in the process. During the refinance we were told along the way what was happening along the way in each step. We were very happy with Loan Depot and had no problems at all..

Most disorganized mortgage company I have ever dealt with and I have bought and sold a few homes in my day. Even got emails sent to me that was supposed to be sent to another customer. Called to inform them of the mistake but a week later it happened again. This home purchase was one big headache and most of the pain was due to Home Depot being so disorganized.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH LOAN DEPOT WAS EXCELLENT. Both my loan office and loan manager were professional, caring, and prompt in their service and in answering my questions. I highly recommend their service.
