Fantastic experience. Chase D****** was not my original Lending Officer, but he took over the reigns and directed me to a successful and totally satisfying experience. When considered that my situation was international in nature and with Covid 19 adding extra challenge to the entire process, I can only applaud Loan Depot and the team I had lead by Chase D******* At this point I can hardly wait to tell all my associates that whether buying for refinancing, look no further than Loan Depot. Thanks again to everyone!

Best rate Hassle free. So glad to choose Load Depot. Luis was very professional and friendly, and extremely fast. Right now due to high demand. most of the refinance taking more than 2 months. My loan got funded in 3 weeks. I don't think anyone in the market can beat LoanDepot's rate.

I started with loan depot to process a refinance on my house in early August. It is November 9 and we are just now closing. There has been no contact between them and myself during the entire process except for a couple of emails which had me review some docs. I provided all docs needed to the application by Aug 18th. I have been waiting on them ever since. No one has personally spoke to me regarding the process and I had to call them repeatedly to find out what was happening. I had lot s of attention prior and during the sale. Then I tried to setup my payment and I got lots of NJ bs. Nobody here to help lots of crap about websites and no help. I have something that I would like to discuss and I have concluded that I made a terrible mistake.

LoneDepot says they will beat anyone to try and earn your business, but they just wasted my time. Their first estimate was way higher than ************** but once I showed them what else I was given they lowered to match/beat. Then when **************came back with a lower estimate (ANNOYING HATE THESE GAMES) I had already begun the process with LoanDepot so I sent them the revised one to see what they would do.
