I was extremely disappointed with the time it took to close my refinance. I was told that refinances had to take a back seat to purchases right now which was disappointing seeing as I went out of my way to stay with Loandepot since I’ve been a customer for several years. Did not feel valued at all and would not work with them in the future.

Bardia M****** and Ashley M********* are the Best In The Business! Ive had frustrating refinances but not this time. Everything was prompt and they responded as soon as I would ask any questions. Customer service is my pet peeve and these 2 professionals did not disappoint! If I could do every deal with them, I honestly would! Thanks again Bardia, Ashley and Loan Depot !

Ting and the team at Loandepot were great to work with. Fast, responsive and kept their word on low interest rate fixed for 30 years.
Loan Depot helped me through a re-fi quickly and without hassle. Sarah R and Neil D were great to work with, answering my calls and e-mails quickly. I've had about 10 loans from traditional mortgage brokers and banks over the years. This was the easiest and best I've had to date. Highly recommended.
I received wiring instructions for a closing that is through this company. I wanted to make sure the info was not fraudulent, so tried reaching out directly to the company for a separate source of information from what I had been given at a remote closing. Nobody answers the phone, and the recorded message does ot even mention the company name -- all the red flags of a bogus company. I'm not sure I want to wire funds to the info I had been given. Is this legit?

It was our first time buying a house I think it was great had a few hiccups but it was nothing serious things do happen but overall experience I thought was great
Just did my purchase loan with Loan Depot and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received and the interest rate. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and was stress free. My loan officer was Blake Bianchi and he did an amazing job taking care of everything. I would definitely use Loan Depot again in the future.
