The loan officer we were provided was great until we got assigned to a processor. We advised within a week of submitting our loan application back in July that we wanted to use an outside title company that I work for, loan officer advised that she noted our file. Our processor took over a MONTH to get this corrected in their system. Title was ordered from the wrong company and they were sending a CD with the wrong company's info on it more than once, after our request for outside title. Jenna S**** with Loan Depot was a blessing through the process of buying our home! It was our first time so we had no clue what all we needed to do or what to expect and she gave us peace of mind by walking us through it and making it all possible! I did not give this company permission to give me a loan.. I told them over the phone that I am getting a loan through another company. They sent me a loan contract, with all incorrect data, anyway. I never told them any information about how much I wanted to loan or anything else. I shredded the contract. Next thing I know,I'm getting notices that they are destroying my credit rating. This is a nightmare. These people are unprofessional and criminal.
From the beginning of the transaction all the way to the closing, everyone we worked with at Loan Depot was amazing. They were all available for phone calls, texts, and reassurance during the whole process. I would definitely recommend Loan Depot for anyone doing a new home purchase like ours, or a refinance. Thanks Timeka, Kayla and Mosi! You guys rock!!!!
Brad is so wonderful to work with. He provided the best customer service with care and great sense of urgency. Overall, we are so happy to have selected this company for our loan!!! Highly recommended.
Awful. Did not let me know that my loan officer was no longer with the company until I was on the phone over 20 minutes demanding to speak to a customer service manager. They tell you that if you are at any time unsatisfied with your representative, you can reach out to a manager. I tried calling multiple times, NO ANSWER only voicemails. Second, could not pick my own title company and if I wanted that I had to have the title company "vetted" with them which would take a week. On Sept. 1, 2020 I called LoanDepot about refinancing my home. The gentleman I spoke to Eddie F******* was very polite and helpful. He took my information and reassured me I was in good hands. The next person that contacted me by email was a La Toyia P****. Then a Justin D**** then there supervisor Brent H***. With all this assistance you would think I would have closed by now. I was given a closing date and time and that fell through due to some unforeseen complications on there part that had to do with the state I live in.... read more
OMG I had the WORST experience with this company...DO NOT USE THEM if you are thinking about refinancing your loan. I should have done my research first since most of the reviews left perfectly reflect my experience. I applied on July 17 and FINALLY closed on October 31 after spending a lot of time on the phone begging to close. No one would call back after leaving messages even with the manager of the area.
