Loan Depot was super easy to work with extremely responsive and kind. Closed my refinance in about 30 days. Highly recommend!
I had great service from start to finish. My loan officer, Kelly S******** was knowledgable, quick to act and responsive. Everything was online with an easy to use system and all the info in one place.
The whole mortgage application and approval process went on so smoothly and was able to close within six weeks!!!

Awful. Horrible. Incompetent. I can not get anyone at the company to return my calls. Every call goes to voicemail and is not returned. Don’t get a loan with Loan Depot because you will be forced to work with this ghost company.

I would give no stars if I could. Customer service is horrible. I just spent over 3.5 hours trying to verify I was enrolled in Budget Drafting, which means that I pay my mortgage bi-monthly. Not only does Loandepot require you to PREPAY a month before you can be enrolled, they make it nearly impossible to reach someone to help you once you've been suckered into a mortgage with them. Communication during process could be much better. Received multiple dollar figures on different documents about cash to close. Still fighting to get back what was promised. Nobody can explain convincingly why our dollar amounts keep changing even after closing.
Very poor customer service. They were great until my loan closed. Loan Depot did not pay my home owners insurance after 30 days of trying to get in touch with them. They sourced out the service to a company in NY and I could not even get a real person on the phone or anyone to return my calls for 2 solid weeks now. My home owners insurance is about to expire and I cannot get anyone to help me. On hold for 30-45 minutes every time I try to call.
Smooth transaction and the staff were very professional. Very satisfied with the service. Kudos to Jeff P*****, Darin K****** and Jesse P********. Definitely do business with them again.
