Took us over 6 months to get our loan funded. We had to initiate almost every update conversation and the website was extremely flawed in the sense of uploading documents and adding your bank info. When we went one step forward it seemed like the next day we would go back another two steps. If you like to dance around this company is right for you. Otherwise look elsewhere.

In short, this company is so fragmented, the right does not know what the left is doing. I borrowed money for a bridge loan between buying one house and closing of another. My loan was paid in full and I was notified my escrow was closed. However there was a significant overage, which by RESPA was required to be refunded within 20 business days. This did not occur and it is now weeks later. I haver spoken to no less than 4 people who have promised to put notes in my record and "escalate" the issue, have a supervisor call me ... read more
