Very professional and their communication was on point. They walked us through the hole processes and communicated on what the next steps were going to be. I highly recommend using this branch. I was in this industry for 15 years and by far this is the strongest team I have ever worked with.

i am very lucky to work with Loandepot for my refinance, loan closed on time it took 30 days for me after starting my loan application to loan closure and funding. My loan officers Maria and Rendon both are gems and i will recommend to work with them for any refinance or new loans. i got best interest rate and closing cost assistance from loan depot. overall my experience with them is excellent.

I currently have a mortgage with Loan Depot. My girlfriend and I got our first home through them and we were told that refinancing with them has huge benefit with little out of pocket. Mr.Cser was the loan officer handling the refinance. I asked him multiple times what l fees would be paid to make this happen. To make a long story short, I am not honestly happy about the process. The initial set up was good. My loan officer Jason M. was fantastic. No BS, honest, and willing to help. On his end, he thought once we started, no more then 45 days to get this done. Well on to the processing officer and such. She was nice and understanding but seemed over whelmed.
