Arnold is extremely efficient. He took care of things that he could foresee becoming an issue before they did. He followed up with all parties (us, sales office, real estate agent, etc.) almost daily. Mortgage loan was ready before the actual home was finished being built! This is our fourth real estate purchase and I've never had such an efficient process. I've already been recommending Arnold to anyone interested or in the process of purchasing a home.

Horrible experience on such a clean loan that we ran into many issues that should have never had to experience. Emailed and called just about every contact we had and was left with empty promises or no responses.

I would highly encourage anyone to NOT use LoanDepot for a new purchase or refinance. From the beginning by loan officer, Daniel N*********, was not clear with me who he was working with and I thought I was talking to someone at a different company I had tried to contact. He also told me my refinance will take about 30 days. I am not almost at 5 months since the start of the loan application and still no closing date. Loan Depot was able to help me refinance with a great rate, which was nice. Once I had the loan I had a series of problems with the management of my escrow account. First, I changed my homeowners insurance, however it took an incredible amount of time and effort for Loan Depot to pay for the new policy out of my escrow account. More importantly, I was looking to refinance at the end of 2020. For the refinance to go through, I had to make sure that my November property tax bill was paid. Scott and his team at loanDepot were extremely professional, knowledgeable, timely and very efficient, plus the best rates around; not just for my home purchase, but my recent refi!!! I highly recommend Scott and his team to anyone and everyone I meet who's interested in buying or refinancing; you won't be disappointed!!!

Took about 3 months to close, which isn’t too bad considering the amount of refinancing currently. My issue is trying to get them to respond as to why my escrow isn’t being refunded. Cannot reach them by phone and when you do their “system is down”. Expect many voice prompts, and then maybe a real person who, may or may not, be able to help you.

I had an excellent experience with LoanDepot. My loan officers were very professional and knowledgable. They were responsive, eager to help, and polite. My hole process took just a month. I highly recommend LoanDepot.

They're horrible I was 2 days into the process and they called the guy Angel and his manager demanding documents and I'm only 2 days into the process I hadn't even had a chance to look at anything they sent me yet because I work seem like some kind of strong arm high pressure gestapo-tactics. Absolutely would never use them they try to pressure you into doing things when you're not ready. Threatening that you're going to lose your APR in 24 hours if you don't do it right now after 2 days. Disgusting
