Worst refinancing experience of my life. It went ok for the first 30 days after that there was no communication for several weeks despite multiple emails asking for one. Finally after several escalations I was told that the loan processor was sick. A couple of weeks later after I again asked for status I was told that the loan processors were all very busy. Loan Depot is the best. Jeff & his staff made sure the process went smoothly and with quick responses. They emailed me back in less than 2 seconds everytime if I had a concern. Everything was perfect. And I will continue to send people to my team at Loan Depot.

We began the process in March 3, 2020 with a good credit score to refinance our home. We had over 200K in equity in our home. This should take no more than 3 months, right? The mortgage loan processor was eager, responsive and helpful in the beginning of the process, offering a very attractive rate. We locked in our rate. This was the most stressful refinance we have ever experienced and it is our third in ten years. Terrible communication and follow up. The numbers given were wrong and we had to start all over after having the closing. The redo cost us more and nobody told us we had to pay out of pocket costs. I had to pay a $25.00 transfer fee to wire the money and nobdy will return my calls to reimburse me. I received a lot more one-on-one attention on my refinance than with any other lender group--including my bank. My loan officer was willing to tailor a plan that fit my needs, and I didn't feel pressured. I also really like the online portal. The To Do List feature is easy to use, and it was easy to see when my documents were accepted. I would use Loan Depot again.

My experience applying for a loan with loanDepot and Ms. Ronea C******* in particularly was outstanding. Here knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this organization to friends and family who are seeing a mortgage loan or refinancing.

I was simply amazed throughout this entire refi process how timely and responsive both James V********** and Raeleen T**** were to ALL my questions and concerns! I don't think there was ever much more than a 15 minute window in response to any of my emails or phone calls, that's how fast they both were to respond--COMMENDABLE! Very prompt. Excellent communication, personal attention and amazing service from the entire team - loan officer to notary. I verified if other lenders could beat this rate - but all of them agreed I have the best rate and they cannot beat the low closing costs of loanDepot. I am very happy with the service.
