Horrible customer service! Do not use this company. It took them five months to close our refinance. They are overburdened with work and have no time to respond to phone calls or emails. We did 3 refinance loans at the same time and boy was that a mistake. They had 3 different groups working to close the loans, one more incompetent than the next. I would NEVER recommend to anyone to work with Loan Depot. Take your business somewhere else

My previous refinance attempts left me frustrated and having to follow up with the vendor to get updates. Loan Depot has been very forthcoming with updates. I definitely feel better about doing business with Loan Depot!

Normally, I do not waste time writing reviews but I have to make an exception this time. I can't say enough about the customer service that I received from Loan Depot Lending Officer Grayson *******. He answered all my questions and concerns and made the process so easy and seamlessly. Additionally, he was able to save me money as I am a returning customer having used Loan Depot before. Very happy with their service and would recommend them to my family, friends and co-workers.
