I had a bad experience with Joshua J**** not only did he take 60 days to close my loan he also didn’t inform me a lot of things I needed to have until I signed the paperwork for my house. I would never want to work with Joshua again and made me feel upset when I told him the minimum amount I want to pay a month on a mortgage and he tells me I shouldn’t be looking for a house if it’s under $1,500 seriously!

I had Refinance once before with LoanDepot. It was an excellent experience then and now! They handle you with professionalism and actual desire to help you! They love keeping their clients! They tell you the truth up front! If they can’t help, they’ll suggest who might! I would never use anyone else again!!

Extremely frustrating with unexplained delays. No major issues known, and it took about 4 months to complete, with about two weeks from signing to funding over the holidays, should be three business days. I was in the business for about six years, so I know the process, but the communication was poor and I did not get explanations for the poor service.
