By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and their follow up and follow through is the worst I have ever seen. In the end the loan did finally close and I am still dealing with multiple problems. I would suggest that there are plenty of lenders available and my advice is to steer clear of this company. There is no compelling reason to use their services.

OMG, i am having the same issue as Purushotham D.I have been waiting since Oct 2020 to close on my refinancing. i have resubmitted my documents 4 times because they are only good for 30 days, i feel like this is a SCAM but they are supposed to be a reputable company. Reading all the reviews I was not sure what I was getting into. Contrary to my belief, the process was a breeze. Yes it took a few days extra than anticipated but nothing major. Justin and Camisha has been a pleasure to deal with. They responded to emails promptly and answered al our questions with patience and care and helped us navigate through the refi process which was our first. I would like to know the reason for why Loandepot won't refi me at a lower rate? I ask them this question and can't seem to get a answer out of them. Also have had this on going problem with fixing my dashboard so I can pay my loan online rather then by phone. The number for support for this problem has been called. My problem till the writing of this letter as not been resolved.

Lisa and Samantha communicated openly, candidly, responsibly, timely and effectively. They expressed great interest in us/me, as humans, to ensure a successful transaction. Samantha, similar to Lisa, was very easy to deal with. I never felt like a number. They were sincere, in sync and extremely collaborative. Never a ball was dropped. There was great attention paid to details and information shared/needed. You made it easy and stress free!

Pleasantly surprised!! I'm not really sure why there are so many complaints about LoanDepot, but I can guess. Either folks have never been through the mortgage process before or they are refinancing and don't remember what a hassle it can be. My other suspicion is that those of us refi-ing with a large principal balance are treated better than those with small balances. Took 6 months to complete my refinance, had extreme difficulty contacting loan officer and customer service to let me know what was holding up the process for so long. In the end it was disorganization and lack of timely response on their end.

I had a fantastic experience with refinancing my home with loanDepot! I was sent documents and could esign to keep the process moving quickly and easily. I liked that they updated me on where the process was at all times with the portal. Happy with all results here!
