Setting up automated payment is a huge hassle. My loan can't be found in the system even 10 days after the closing.

I would never do business with Loan Depot again. My loan process was a nightmare from the beginning to the end. M loan officer sent me an extremely nasty email towards the end of the whole process, has how acrimonious it got, I literally did not have my closing numbers until 5:45 pm the day before my closing so yep...had o pay since as much as I should have to get the funds to the title company in time, I have bought many houses, have never had such a terrible experience.

Loan Depot was incredible to work with on my 2nd home purchase. They completed it from start to finish in under 3 weeks! It couldn't have been more painless, they were so thorough and responsive, it made the whole process a piece of cake. If you're looking for loan, there is nowhere else to go besides Loan Depot!

Locked in my rate and the loan was processed very quick. Initially the reviews worried me, but the actual working experience is different. Loan representative I have worked is very clear in explaining my terms and conditions. Very happy with the service

Worst experience. After I agreed to re-finance and sent them all the forms etc. they needed on January 13th there was no service, no call backs from either Cassandra D********* or Tanya A******. I received an email on January 25th stating the loan was approved and would take at least 4 weeks and possibly longer to close. So I paid my mortgage for February. The refi on our house was flawless. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. This is the second time I refied with Loandepot.

The initial application process was great. Once Heather took over it went downhill -unresponsive, poor communication, asking for documentation multiple times, not knowledgeable. There was no truth/honesty. I was given a different close date every couple of days although I submitted all required documentation. I would not recommend based on my experience.
