Oh my God how much I appreciate the loan officer who helped me to refinance on my home, Alyx, and the whole team. I have applied for a refi with another company, they never responded to my calls and email many months later and in the end, they sent me a closing cost much higher than they initially quoted. But Loan Depot and Alyx were fantastic. They were very quick, accurate, got me an even better deal for the closing cost than initially quoted. They kept my rate they quoted. I feel like Anthony B***** was the best fit for finance. If I could have changed one thing it would have been to call Anthony first. Cross Country backed out at the last minute, and Anthony picked it up like it was everyday business. This was after Cross Country had convinced me that VA financing wasn't possible even though I'm a disabled Vet eligible for no funding fee.
