We decided to go with Loan Depot after shopping around for better rate to refinance. The process started at 01/12/21 and by 02 /11/21 our new loan was funded. I thought the application process was quick and easy, and I liked being able to upload and review all the documents online.

Loan officer was excellent throughout the whole process even when it was passed on to the next stage after approved. The Acct Manager was sometimes slow in responding but our Loan Officer always stepped in a responded with an update. I was a little hesitant using an online company for a refi but would definitely do so again and recommend Loan Depot to others.
