Great experience Sonya is EXCELLENT, she told me exactly what I needed to do to get my credit score where it needed to be to qualify, after three years of working on my credit with her help and guidance I was able to qualify for a mortgage. She has been GREAT with answering any questions, concerns, etc.... that I have and helping guide me along the process to hopefully purchase my first new home!!!

FB: I do not recommend anyone to handle your finance inquiry. I have purchased 7 homes in 4 different states and 2 refinances, and never had a bad experience. I was simply inquiring about refinance interest rates, then received phones calls several times a day for weeks. I was working, but finally answered the phone call, big mistake. The phone conversation reminded me of talking to a used car salesman, soliciting information and not using plain talk to get what they wanted. These people have helped me and my fellow Co workers get mortgages at a very affordable rate, they have been in contact the entire way and have very low closing costs compared to anybody else we have used in tha past, when others couldn't do it, loan depot came through for myself and many of my coworkers thank you.

Dont trust to this company My name is Andreh and I lock my rate by 01/20/2021 and submit my requirements paper work but unfortunately the loan officer he didn't respond my phone ca which I called him and left voice mail for fou r times and also send two emails but without any respond my loan got rejected and when I r try to find out what is going on thelian officer Ken and his supervisor David,they didn't do nothing for me. Then try to do your loan with company which they care about their customers.

ex immediately jumped into action in the day we reached out to her. Even on holidays she was providing updates. She never stringed me alone. If she had a question she asked. She worked diligently on my loan day and night- that’s no joke! She stayed professional and courteous at all times. Alex worked hard to get me approved. Everything seemed to be going great until after my closing. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay mortgage payment in March & I would be getting a check from my escrow account. I never received the check and I received a statement to pay March’s payment. I just completed my third loan/refi with Loan Depot and have had nothing but a positive experience in each case. These have been a standard loan, VA loan and IRRRL refi. Each of these went smoothly and timely compared to my previous experiences with major lenders like *****and ***** ******

It was a painless transaction, started with a phone call from a rep to a phone call to a loan officer , two weeks start to finish . They did every thing they said within the time and date that was given from all parties involved . Thanks for all you help.
