I never done have such great experience before my loan was close in 25 days. They are very efficient. I will recognize Mike C***** he is too good. I never had such fast and good experience before in my entire loan process.

Went smoothly, people responsive to my questions, ended up slightly more costly than I anticipted, but reasonable. Now need to figure out how to gete autopay for the mortgage.

My refinancing with LoanDepot was an excellent, and wonderful experience from beginning to end. They have been my mortage lender for the pass six and a half years. They sent a email about refinancing through them on 12/28/21. All document disclosures were done online. All nofications were done by phone and email. I was kept abreast during the entire process. My closing was 2/8/21 and my loan officer came to my home. I have a VA home loan so I had no out of pocket expenses.

Just closed my loan with them! Horrible communication throughout the process. Multiple mistakes made throughout the process which resulted in late fees and daily interests from my current mortgage lender. I would not recommend them to my friends or family.

I am stuck in the middle of a refi and no one has any information. My first payment is due in 8 days and I don't have a new loan number. When I call Customer Service they are clueless. They pull up my old loan and tell me it is paid in full and without a new loan number they can't help me. I received a form letter addressed to Dear Customer and signed Payoff Department. No name, no phone number saying "your loan has been paid in full". I am concerned about the insurance on the house...am I still covered through this process?... read more
