My loan refinance went fast and was a pleasant experience. Great rate. Good Service. Good communication.
The entire process was pretty easy with Gloria, who was the 2nd person from LoanDepot that contacted me. The first didn't offer a great rate but I'm glad I gave them another shot when Gloria call me. Bottom line, the rates are negotiable when you have good credit.
Loandepot.com provided the requested service as expected. The loan officers were professional and responsive to any questions I had and the loan was issued as expected.
The experience until I get a quote was pleasant. I got my quote on 7/27 and they were not able to close it until today. 1st Closing Disclosure received on Oct 7th (after 9 weeks!) - Everything was fine and I signed off. 2nd Closing Disclosure received on Oct 17th - Removed the lender credit. Didn't sign off. Raised the issue with them. 3rd Closing Disclosure received on Oct 23rd - They added lender credit back but increased the title fee. To offset this, they changed the closing date (less prepaid) - This is just CHEATING. I... read more
