We had a great experience with our recent purchase. Our LoanDepot officer was very accessible and communicated frequently with our realtor. She also went the extra distance to call each of the seller's agents for the three offers we made to introduce us and let them know we were strong buyers. All of our work was done remotely, and our agent and her assistants were always available to help us either via email or telephone.

This is the worst loan application I have been in to. Refinance from hell!!! 1st they will tell you all the things that you want to hear to get your business. Then you start your application and submit all the requirements immediately so that you begin all the processing of the loan. Diligent and timely on my part. 2nd, The agents will say that they are all available and they are just a phone call away but they never pick-up and is always away from their desk!! I agree with the other low reviews as well. I would avoid loandepot like covid-19. I was told things would get done by a certain time and in reality it would take an extra two weeks or more. I also reached out to my loan officer (jorge M******) and the customer service/help department about getting a refund on my appraisal after i was told multiple times by my loan officer that i would receive it. Loan Depot did all they could to Make my NBC refinancing go smoothly. Josh V****** was great at helping me through the paperwork. I would deal NBC with them again!

I'd give zero stars if possible. I started my process with them in June 2020. Based on my particulars (excellent credit, income, etc,) they told me my loan would likely close in a month. These people dragged their feet so hard, didn't close until Oct 14. TWICE my scheduled signing was canceled with less than an hours' notice because LoanDepot failed to deliver the paperwork to the notary. At this time loan depot was able to meet interest rates of the big banks and was incredibly quick and responsive through the entire lending process. Would highly recommend them again.

Jennifer H******** lacks professional care for her clients that resulted in discriminatory and predatory actions that almost caused my deal to not close while sitting at the table to close.

I refinanced my loan twice in 2020, each time with Loan Depot. In both instances, the process was quick and seamless. I definitely had a great experience, especially with the closing staff. I highly recommend Loan Depit.
