This was by far the easiest process I have experienced. I was provided a list of documents that were required of me. I submitted them, there was no having to redo this or that. This I attributed to the knowledge, dedication and commitment of your staff to "get it right" the first time around. I have gone through several closings over the years and this was by far the most efficient. Be advised that I will refer other to you should the occasion present itself.
They are the easiest and most efficient people to work with on a refinance
We were looking into financing options to make some repairs to our house and consolidate some debt. Our credit is not bad. Not great, but not bad. We went through the process of building our loan, and I wanted some time to discuss things with my husband and figure out the best options for us.Our loan officer was quite high pressure with phone calls and emails, and after two days, he texted the following when I had a phone issue on my end and was struggling to answer a phone call. loanDepot was very responsive, quick, and listened to our questions. I was especially like that one person is assigned to our transaction throughout the process. And they gave us the best deal with the least hassle.
The team who was assigned to my loan never communicated with me. I continuously had to **** them down through customer service. I have proof of how delayed the responses were, going up to 1 month for a text, 1 week for a call back and emails that have not yet been answered were I requested help understanding the documents that I was about to sign.
