I have owned properties for over 50 years, and have had many mortgages and refinances. My first loan with Loan Depot provided the best customer experience ever, so I asked them to refinance two more loans immediately afterward. Ali my loan officer, and his assistants, always kept me updated and took care of any issues promptly, consistently underpromising and over-delivering on their committments. Everything when well !! Just I think the underwriter need to stop wait till almost time to close on your loans to come at you with a new list of things to do I feel like tell them ahead of times not at the last min but other then that great company

The entire process took around 30 days. We worked with only two people and both were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
