In the past few years< I have processed about 10 to 15 Mortgages (both Refis and New Purchases), this is in fact the 2nd Mortgage I have performed with Loan Depot in the past few Months.Not only did they offer me the best terms, they were able to fund the loan in less time than estimated.I found that prior loans with Loan Depot took a lot longer than expected, but that was not the case this time, based on this current process, I would highly recommend the team I worked with, *****, ******* and *******, they were excellent.

Awful. Grueling experience . It took almost 2 months. And the paper work the notary had me sign di not match the final paperwork that the ************ sent me. I was supposed to receive money back and it was way less than the amount on the original paperwork. NO EXPLANTION. Stressful situation. I had less stress buying my house.
Loan Depot was great. We were very pleased with our loan person **** make things go as easy as possible for us and explained things to us as we went through the process.
They did everything they said they were going to do but took them just a little bit longer but we're satisfied"
