Beyond Bad! First was told after I made the purchase of two chairs that it would be October when I would get them. I made the purchase in May! No mention of this when they took my money. Then, in August the called and said the chairs would be tomorrow between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Oh great, , , the whole day. Then the driver called and said he was running late. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent. I've asked to speak to a supervisor regarding damaged items we ordered to no avail. The only way to reach out is by email, and when someone responds, they do everything they can to block you from escalating the issue to a supervisor. Their return policy is also a joke.

Called customer support numerous times to get the delivery address changed prior to scheduling delivery. Each time we were assured that they changed the address, but every time we confirmed, it was still the wrong address. Even when we scheduled the delivery, we once again had to tell them to change the address and once again were promised that they updated it. Frustrating experience! We ordered a couch and when the first expected delivery date came around - we were told a new date two weeks later. This process went on for two months and we were given so many run-arounds and excuses as to why they could never deliver on their word. We finally received our order.... damaged. With the amount of money spent on a piece of furniture, who would think it is okay to deliver a damaged product? WARNING: PURCHASE OF A LIVING SPACES SECTIONAL SOFA IS NOT ADVISED! This is a review of the manufacturing, craftmanship and non-existent customer service that Living Spaces uses to create the "quick" turn around and poor quality furniture. I went to Living Spaces in Irvine, CA on the hunt for a sectional sofa, back in March of 2021. I found an acceptable piece at the Irvine location and placed the order well aware that the sofa would take 12 weeks to get to me. (Even though the ads say same day delivery.) Fine. Poor logistics. If a product is slightly chirped, they wouldn't be able to replace parts and offer you full product and you have to discard the broken item on your own. This practice is not sustainable and cause inconvenience to the customer. As I haven't chosen the replacement, I was offered $42 discount and "keep as-is". I've purchased several items with living spaces before but this is the worst experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered on a Monday and was told it would be delivered that day. We live on a military installation and deliveries are allowed with proper documentation. I waited until midnight with no call. Then the next day was told they were turned away for no proof of insurance. I called and spoke to customer service which btw is awful. I was told they made sure everything was done and they would delivery Thursday and they had proper documentation. Here comes Thursday and my window for delivery came... read more

Delays, delays, delays (on delivery, not on charging you for the furniture they aren't delivering). My delivery date is set now in it's third time window, but I'm not holding my breath on it actually coming during it. I've been told that my nightstands are in, but somehow it's going to take 3-4 weeks to get them from CA to OR and the tracking info is still showing them as schedule to arrive back in July.
