We purchased a bedroom set in February. We've had problems with three of the pieces and are still waiting on a warranty replacement. Since FEBRUARY. The warranty department is not helpful and the customer service department is useless. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I purchased the new bedroom set for my daughter. Out of 3 pieces, delivered dresser was not new, with scratches, and the night stand come heavily damaged, with chopped corner and broken shelf. I was very upset, asked for the replacement to learn that it's not in stock. I was offered $42 discount, just a joke. Garbage service, bad experience

Horrible customer service! I discovered that 1 out of 6 supports under the bed was missing from the bedroom set I purchased. Unfortunately, I discovered it after the 1-year warranty had expired. Customer service sold me the wrong item--bed rails instead of the supports! Now I need to have that picked up and wait to have my credit card credited. Deleted my review on their site because they deemed it too negative (officially because it "didn't meet website guidelines," which is totally wrong). Long story short, I had to replace the couch I bought twice because the first replacement was even more broken and unusable than the original. Take your money elsewhere - dishonest company with nonexistent quality control.

Wish I would have read these reviews before; I also had a terrible experience with Living Spaces. I was ordering a couch for my New York apartment and found one on Living Spaces that I liked. Terrible experience and still not resolved. I Ordered a bed online in October of 2020 to be delivered in December XXXX - X of 3 packages got lost in transit and it took me weeks to get the order cancelled and replaced. New replacement order was made in January 2021. The order was shipped in 3 packages again and was delivered in mid-April 2021. This has been the worst shopping experience i ever had. Found the bed i fell in love with and was stalking it online for couple months, finally i was able to catch it and tried to buy, but was unable to make a purchase because my billing address does not match delivery address. We had a wonderful experience with living spaces. The sales people were excellent. We were told it would be about 8 weeks because the couches were special order. They were delivered yesterday and look great. The delivery people were great.

Horrible absolutely horrible customer service. Paid $4300 for patio furniture on May 2nd. They assigned a June 15th delivery date.
