If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely awful experience. Ordered furniture on July 3, 2021, six pieces of matching bedroom furniture. Three arrived, one was damaged. Other three, MIA. It's September 28, and just NOW I have received a credit for the 4 pieces that I didn't get... after well over 40 hours of phone calls, emails, escalated emails and nearly no contact. Do NOT ever order from Living Spaces unless you enjoy receiving new furniture that has arrived destroyed. I have been calling them day after day waiting for a technician because their promises of someone calling me have never come through. I ask for a supervisor because my daughter's room has a bed that is in pieces and their customer service hangs up on me. I call back the next day to again, ask for a technician, but they send their delivery crew who look at the bed, shrug their shoulders, and walk out! I am horrified at th... read more

Deceptive Trade Practices Horrible Customer Service We purchased a couch from Living Spaces on 7/15/21 with a delivery duration of 49 days. We understand there are supply chain issues due to COVID, however, we chose living spaces because of their confidence in their lead times. Other Vendors quoted longer lead times which appear to have been honest projections in contrast with Living Spaces. I wish I had read the reviews here prior to making a purchase at Living Spaces - could have saved myself some serious time and headache. I purchased two items from the Living Spaces Manteca Store on 8/20/2021 and paid-in-full the same day. For background, the items I purchased were floor stock items (the actual items that were in the store that day are the items I would receive) and these items did not need to be manufactured or speclailly ordered/made. Worst customer experience I have ever been through, I work in Customer Service Insurance, and that says something. Facts are: I ordered a Tegan King Bed that was to be delivered 9/12/2021 - They did, great! That's where this goes south, immediately. Not only did the boxes that were delivered to my home absolutely destroyed, the FIRST box I opened, Tegan Headboard completely broken. Not repairable. SO many issues with my order! I haven't received TWO $300 promo cards because for some reason the didn't generate at the time of the purchase. When they delivered the order, they didn't install the bed and mattresses. They said it was too difficult with our bedframe. Then they said installing it ourselves was going to be easy (WHAT??). They left two boxes, with parts we needed to install everything, under the bed and didn't tell me about it. I had no clue the boxes were there and we searched for over an hour. How awful. Placed an order for sectional couch on June 21, 2021. Sales person knew it was a gift for my daughter, upgrade for media room. Was advised wait is 6 weeks. Took almost three months, yesterday the delivery was completely failed. Two guys briefly looked at the room declared the couch is taller than the ceiling which makes delivery a liability, also said Living spaces care about selling stuff and keeping your money. The worst service ever received from a company. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional delivery people. Manager was disrespectful, uninterested in helping with absolutely anything. Do yourself a favor and NEVER shop at Living Spaces. The absolute worst experience ever The item was constantly delayed, no communication at all. I had to call 5 times just to get any information on what was going on with our order. Beyond frustrating and sad about my first experience buying from Living Spaces. I ordered eight broadway dining chairs got my new home and dining table in April. I've been told by many reps that I will get on the next shipment. Originally I was scheduled for end of May when I placed my order. I signed up for in stock notifications of the dining chair and when I call, they say a few more weeks. They also say they're noting my order that I should receive my chairs.
