Was so excited to know that the Houston area was getting a Living Spaces store. Purchased a 3-piece sectional that I fell in love with. The sectional has nail-head trim along the bottom of the sofa pieces and up the arms. A month in, I realized that the nail-heads on the left sofa were smaller than the right. So because of the size difference, one sofa had 60+ heads and the other had 42. Warranty department agreed to replace the sofa with the smaller heads. Replacement arrived today, still incorrect. I hope more people check BBB reviews before purchasing from Living Spaces. They are low quality with inflated pricing. Delivery and **************** is terrible. I've had floor last scuffed from deliverers which took 2 months to resolve. 9/10 you're routed to a CS Center outside of ****** to people who haven't been trained properly and if you ever do get a CS rep in ****** -- their attitude is terrible. Had a delivered that wouldn't fit around the corner in the hallway and without exploring other options, like stairs, lazy m... read more

I hope more people check BBB reviews before purchasing from Living Spaces. They are low quality with inflated pricing. Delivery and **************** is terrible. I would have rated Living Spaces a zero had I been permitted by the system and would not NOT recommend LS to anyone. I placed an order in June 2022 for a dresser. Upon arrival in July 2022, the item was damaged. I contacted LS and was informed a replacement order would be shipped within a week, which it did not. The replacement order finally shipped in August 2022. In mid-September, I checked the status of the order, only to find out the item had been canceled and marked as "damaged" by the third party delivery company. LS n... read more

In the event a refund is processed on the 91st day of purchase will auto default to a refund check as by then the credit/debit card information has already auto erased. I ordered a bed set on 1/5 to be delivered by 1/9 because I have some important guests coming on 1/22 and will stay for a month. On 1/9, Living Spaces delivered the bed and mirror and told me the dresser was heavily damaged, so they did not deliver it. I opened the bed box and the side rails were damaged. I arranged an exchange. They came on 1/12 and exchanged the bedsides, and delivered the dresser. I opened the box and the dresser was heavily damaged (I believe they just delivered that heavily damaged dresser they had). I ... read more

It appears the dresser is on backorder as we anticipate receiving inventory by 2/15/2023. If you are unable to wait for the new dresser to arrive, we will make the exception and honor a return without fees.

I bought a bedroom set at Living Spaces in ****** **********. Confirmation code LQK2CF.They charged $100 for delivery and assembly, not free shipping as the add. When they delivered and assembled the bed then left I saw the slats was not at the center a little off at the edge. I called customer service and they said will send someone come over to fixed but I know it won't be strong enough ** the edge was already damaged. I decided to return the whole bed set.
