Here is our Living Spaces nightmare story - We FULLY PAID for a couch in SEPTEMBER that we STILL do not have it LOL. They promised it to us by Thanksgiving.... it came and went, they didn't even bother to call to say it wasn't coming. Then they promised by end of December, it came and went. Again - never bothered to let us know it wasn't coming. Then they promised end of Jan - that also came and went and you guessed it, never called. I purchased a warranty plan; they did want to cover it. The furniture is cheap; the company is the worst; never buy from them.

Living spaces is bunch of ******* They refuse to replace my casings even when we were told that they would. So now we are stuck with a warranty we can't use and they refuse to help us. Also you guys sent us someone else's personal information so I'm pretty sure that is not legal!

Ordered mattress, foundation, and wooden bed frame on 11/27/2021. Delivery set for approximately 01/10/2022, a 6 week wait. Then nothing. Called Store Number on 01/24/22, when I was told it should be another week for all items to be in stock. That didn't happen, but of course, we had already been billed and paid over ********* Called Store again on 02/14/2022, when I was told that footboard was expected in this week. First of all I have to say this dresser was available on several websites, but, unfortunately, I chose Living Spaces because they said it was in stock and available. I ordered this dresser on January 18, 2022. Delivery was set for February between 2/1/22 - 2/8/22. Then I received another email also dated 1/18/22 that extended delivery to 2/1/22 to 2/15/22. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a sofa. Custom order. Pillows did not fit properly. After multiple phones calls and being on hold with "warranty dispute" department for an hour we have been offered replacement pillows in 6 to 8 weeks.

I ordered a dining room table 4 months ago. I received the chairs but no table. I had no table for thanksgiving or Christmas. I paid for the table. Every time I call for the table they set up a delivery time and then the morning of (after I take the morning off) they cancel. Every time I call, I get the run around. We love eating on our ghost table. .What a treat! I WILL NEVER NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.
Worst experience we could've had. They use XPO, an irresponsible and careless shipping company that does not communicate, help, or give answers, IN ADDITION to completely damaging the orders. It takes a credit card INVESTIGATION and MONTHS for them to refund. If you care about your money or time, DO NOT purchase anything from them.

Living Spaces delivered defective furniture to my home and the exchange was defective as well so they blamed it on the manufacturer.They are absolutely terrible and they lie as well.I've been waiting for a refund for 2 months now and clearly there's not one in sight I've contacted the corporate office and they just keep giving me the run around.All I won't is just to get my money back so that I can go on about my life.I do not recommend anybody to do business with them.Turn away immediately !!!
