I purchased a couch with a warranty the couch leg broke I accidentally scrolled the button down and clicked on pet damage. The leg of the sofa broke due to poor quality and or my weight. I wasted money on a couch paid for warranty only to accidentally click on the scroll down button that it was let damage now living spaces won't accomplish my warranty request. Shame on them. Please help with ceo contact info for living spaces Grover Geiselman.

I ordered a couch and cover 4 months ago and the cover was received a few weeks ago and now no correspondence about when the actual sectional would arrive. I have disputed with my credit card and I have never been so outraged by a lack of customer service and unprofessional business conduct. I would give a negative rating if I could. Also so everybody is aware Ajna Living is also this business. DO NOT USE

I've been waiting for 4 months to get an order, it was suppose to be delivered the same week but it just keep pushing back every time I ask. This was a warranty exchange, I just want to get my money back and forget about it, but because is warranty they only offer store credit and of course I have to wait. I wish I would never bought anything fro the store and I just want my money back and get it over.

We purchased bedroom furniture end of December time, furniture pieces were always broken upon delivery, delivery could not take furniture after delivery, so we would have to wait over a month for company to pick up furniture then wait a month again for new furniture to arrive again to be broken, we had to hold on to broken furniture again for another month or so for them to pick up, and again wait a month for delivery of new furniture this happened four different occasion!!! all while having to keep in garage where we could ... read more

Absolute terrible experience. I ordered two custom couches and waited weeks for them to arrive. Only for both couches to be wrong! Neither couch is what I ordered and even worse it's two different couches. I've called 4 different times and no one is resolving the situation. All I want is for my correct order to be placed today because now I'll have to wait another 16 weeks. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Even worse, I spent 250$ on delivery and they wrecked my railing. Avoid this company!!!

I wish I could give this company a negative rating. My experience was so bad that I had to dispute it with my credit card company. I ordered a daybed back in February and it is now nearly May and I still haven't received it. I had to pay $250 for delivery alone, which is crazy in today's retail world, and after waiting nearly a month for its arrival, it was delivered to the wrong address by their shipping partner XPO. About 3 months ago i purchased for the first time at living spaces. I purchased a bed, with an adjustable Revive bed and hybrid king mattress i spent over 6k for all setup, last time i buy anything from living spaces. The sales person was concern about my selection of the bed frame with the revive adjustable bed but after she called someone to check they said there will not be an issue.
