I purchased a sideboard through living spaces. I was originally given an estimate delivery window of about 3 weeks for an in stock item. When I noticed the item still had not shipped at the end of the estimated arrival time, I inquired about my delivery and I was told it's only an estimate and it could be another 3 weeks. In the event an item arrives damaged or defective, Living Spaces will offer the guest an exchange as long as we have available inventory, a reselection, a discount to keep the item as -is depending on the severity of the damage/defect or a return for a full refund. After 10 months, we bought and had to return a total of 5 couches, 2 beds and we finally settled with couch that was pieced together even though each piece varied from hard to soft cushions. Many times took off work to receive delivery but no shows for delivery or broke or 2 seperate tones of color. They put bunk beds together after finally getting all missing parts but they split side boards, had to drill holes, stripped hardware and could not put bed together. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and service I have received from Living Spaces. I ordered a custom sofa/sectional. On May 30, 2022 it was delivered. After the delivery persons left, we unwrapped the sofa and as soon as we sat on it heard a very loud squeak every time we sat on it. I contacted Customer Service according to my sales receipt and extended warranty. I was told I needed to file a claim online to which I was unable to upload a video to show the problem. I would provide 0 stars if possible. Ordered on July 1st, 2022 online for inside dropoff of an item (one box). Order cleared my bank the next day but NO communication from Living Spaces. Called on July 6, 2022 and spoke with Thomas who located the order and then sent the order email to me. I reviewed the order and it now states "estimated" order and that I must call them to schedule delivery. Keep in mind - I just got off the phone with them less than 5 min ago. Got a couch 5 weeks ago Watched the delivery person rip the couch then they tried to deny it Finally got a hold of living spaces 2 days later What a joke of a company Never will I buy anything from them Still waiting on a replacement couch So unprofessional Do not buy from them

Customer service is the WORST, tried to Return item, never could get anyone to help. Pflugerville Manager never even responded to my emails or messages.. Stay away from this store... we are stuck with an unwanted item

My wife and I purchased a loveseat from Living Spaces. A company called OST delivered the sofa to our house to place it in the proper location. They charged me for what they called "white glove" delivery. A carpet was laid down for the sofa placement in our house. When the installers arrived with the sofa, they brought it in the house and set down off the carpet. When we asked them to put it on the carpet, they just pushed it instead of lifting it and scratched our hardwood floors. When we showed them the scratch, one of the... read more

Delivery 3 weeks after window. No explanation or answers for the delay. Arrived badly damaged. Poor quality, especially for the price paid. Won't pick up for the return for another two weeks. Should NOT be in business.

Buyers beware as this company is very unprofessional and not worth the hassle. The delivery company XPO is rude and told me they are not going upstairs to pick up the furniture they delivered there. After being unable to contact their superior they removed the furniture from my home. The customer service agents at Living Spaces are not knowledgeable and they read from a script when communicating not fully addressing your questions.
