Just read the reviews.... and Trust the reviews. Don't order from this company. The reviews of 1 star are from patient good customers like me, who didn't see this situation until after a purchase... Of course, I wouldn't have bought if I knew that they were aware of how they do business, but don't do anything different. They don't stand by their purchase to get to your door in a timely manner. If I could give zero I would. They delivered a table that was completely damaged. I called yesterday and the guy offered me $25 to keep it. I said no. He stopped responding to the chat and logged off! I called this morning and the guy said he will give me $15 to keep it! WTH?! If I said no to $25 why would i say yes to less? I tell him this and he says... ok I will give you $25. At this point i ask for a supervisor to which he argued with me that he has to follow his procedure and I cannot until I tell him why. This have to be the worst experience I've ever had buying furniture. I had a customizable sectional and it was supposed to be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks. It got here within the fifth week but they messed up the order and gave me two different colored pieces of furniture. They could not find the correct piece for over a week, I called and no one gave me any updates on where my furniture was. Living spaces is the worst. Garbage company. I bought an L couch and a recliner. The sales team at the store sold me a black recliner. The picture on the sales floor was of a black recliner so it isn't their fault that they sold me a black chair. The chair that came was dark blue and had a creaking sound. I called customer service immediately and went through the process of uploading pictures of the chair and the rep said he would call me back in 24-48 hours. On 28.05.2022, furniture was purchased and a delivery service was purchased. 6/1/2022 My order was delivered to me. The movers who delivered the order damaged the chandelier, which costs $800, and damaged the stairs. They secretly took out the damaged parts, fraudulently forced my Wife to sign the delivery documents without explaining anything, and of course did not say anything about the fact that they damaged the house. Ordered this couch april 13. Delivery was changed 2 times. 2nd time, it was out for delivery May 27th and then they called that day within the scheduled window time, and said they weren't able to deliver the item. The reason was "unknown". They told me I had to wait another week to have it delivered. They ended up calling me before the scheduled delivery day and informed me that the couch was "soiled" and unable to deliver it. How could it be soiled all of sudden? I placed an online order for furniture with living spaces on April 20th. My Order Number is SO XX XXX XXXX. The delivery of this order was scheduled on Saturday, May 28 in the evening time with a 3 hour window. That window kept getting extended and we had to finally cancel it for the day because we could not wait any longer. We purchased a sectional reclining sofa set during the pandemic. We purchased the care free extended warranty plan to cover after one year original warranty expires. The manual recliner loop in between the cushions no longer works. It has normal use. No one from the primary customer care number can provide any directions other than pictures of how to put the sectional together. I ordered a bed which was to be delivered from 2:30 to 6:30 today. At 6:45 I called the delivery service and was told he returned to the facility. I got no call alerting me to this and sat home for 4 hours waiting for this shipment by XPO. When I asked her why she cant call the driver to see what the deal was she hung up on me.
