Please beware if you order anything custom from this place! We ordered our sofa early December, paid in full, and were told that due to supply issues, delivery was going to be 10-12 weeks. We see what's going on nationally, so delays are expected. However, what is not reasonable is leaving your customers in the dark about the status of their orders. When February came and went with no update AT ALL, it took us reaching out to customer service only to find out our expected delivery was pushed out additional 6-8 weeks. All it ... read more

I've purchased a house full of furniture from Living Spaces over the past 4 years. They've always had a company-first mentality when dealing with any issues. My latest issue with the purchase of a large floor-leaning framed mirror has confirmed my belief that you need to be aware of customer service issues with this company. On two separate occasions, they delivered 2 mirrors with identical quality issues..We notified them within 24 hrs of discovering stress cracks in the mirrors. I ordered a sectional sofa set by phone with a representative after finding what I wanted online. The invoice lists the 3 pieces and prices individually, even though online it's a 'set' and has one price. She had me select a fabric color, etc. When I received my order (2 months later-which was fine), one of the pieces was much larger than what I thought I had ordered. We purchased a bed yesterday 03/01/2022 and we scheduled the delivery for today. It was the wrong size bed and on the discerption it was unclear about only getting one box spring for the Cali King. I called and talked to customer service both the employee and manager were no help all they kept telling me is that I cant exchange it after the driver left. Buyer Beware! If Living Spaces were giving away free furnishings I would not shop there. Friday February 18, 2022 I purchased a bed, and a very poor quality and overpriced box spring. Costco had a much better quality box spring and it was half the price. During my transaction my order was completed by Jazmen and Daniella who were very pleasant. I ordered a couch 10 months ago and still have not received it. I have been in contact with living spaces every week at least 3 times a week for the last 6 months trying to resolved the issues going on with my order and to no avail. Customer services representatives run through the same script every time I call and promise that a manager will call me back in 24-48 hours, which never happens. The worst company to deal with! Terrible customer service- extremely rude manager and absolutely no communication! Very poorly made furniture. Never buy there again. I just want my money back not a store credit for more junk!

This place is a joke, first off everything is crazy expensive and you have to pay extra for them to bring them and put them in your house and to be put together, which we payed extra and they brought it in but didn't put it together and wouldn't even attempt to take furniture upstairs even though it was paid for and never enven attempted to try, then myself and my pregnant wife had to do it, then my wife was lied to about a chair being available and then being told several different things but ultimately being told the chair... read more

I placed a special order in the Scottsdale store end of November. It was a large order that would take several months to receive. I had asked to receive all packages at once, but one item (our coffee table) had to be delivered separately as it was from a third party. Come February, my items finally ship for my special order. I had not opened the coffee table box as I didnt want to put it all together until all my items were received, and I could get rid of my old coffee table at that time.
