I ordered an oversized chair and dining set from Living Spaces about 5 weeks ago. They continue to pass *** buck to their delivery service XPO Logistics since the delivery service has been sitting with my items for 5 weeks. Living Spaces has done nothing to assist me with getting my items delivered. I have tried to contact a supervisor but I continue you to get the run around. Absolutely awful and unreliable. Terrible customer service. It is a huge risk to place an order with this company because they'll only fill it 50% of the time.

I have purchase large purchases from this location many times. Recently I paid for a set up fee, when the installers came I told them where I wanted the furniture temporarily. They told me once I get my sectional installed I can't move it. I was told it would be best for me to just do it myself. I asked about my install fee and I was told I needed to call in to get that credited. I have been passed ****** and no one will refund my install fee. The Monrovia store has always been great. My problem came when I ordered a set of stools online. They gave me a delivery window which has come and gone. No notice of shipment or status. When I called, got a call center in a different country. No help at all. Finally got a person in the US who told me a "ticket" has been submitted and they have 3 business days to respond. I purchased the Belford round dining table and I kept calling and told them I wanted to speak to the manager to return this item finally somebody called me back now that the 7 day return date is over and now they're saying they can't return it because the 7 days is over. The item is more than defective it has a hole in the bottom of the table, wobbles and the surface is uneven and you can tell right when you put a cup or plate down. Cannot say enough how poorly my situation was handled. The quality of the furniture is completely overshadowed by the poor customer service. An item I had ordered was delayed and there was zero communication with me on updated delivery expectations. I had to call multiple times and was disconnected several times and call backs were never scheduled, only made at times that were completely inconvenient for me - 1pm in the afternoon during my work day or at 9pm in the evening when I was out with friends. WARNING, do not attempt to purchase from this store! Honestly wish I had read all these horrible reviews first before wasting my time!! My situation mirrored many of these experiences. Go with Macy's! They don't charge you until the item is delivered and if there would be a problem, they would immediately handle it! I was given a delivery timeframe and they met this timeframe.
