Couch was delivered, but the delivery folks scuffed it on our entry way and we had to request a replacement. Replacement was ready for delivery and scheduled for 12/19. On 12/19 the delivery driver showed up 2 hours ahead of the delivery window that was showing on the tracker. This is hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. a couch there over a year ago and I still have a defective couch in my house. They delivered a sectional with the incorrect hardware so the couch doesn't connect properly. They said they would just reorder the chaise part. When it was delivered a few months later, there was the same issue with the hardware connecting. I bought a couch and love seat from this company 2 years ago and also bought their 5 year warranty plan. My love seat a spring fell off and the usb port broke. I reported this to the warranty service website within the 5 year warranty period. I didn't know, reporting this damage was my first time, that you needed to report this incident within 30 days or the warranty will not cover this damage. My wife purchased 6 chairs from your **********, ** location. After receiving them and trying one out, she wasn't happy with them and wanted to return them. With the Christmas holiday going on and the business being closed on Christmas Day it was lost in the mix. I've called and spoken with 4 people in your customer service center. *******, **********, *****, and ********.
