There were two orders that were purchased at San Antonio, TX store for delivery to Barstow, CA. We stated on the orders the furniture was being delivered to the Marine base. These orders contain a bed, mattress, 2 end tables, dresser, kitchen table and 6 chairs. The first attempt to deliver the orders was unsuccessful due to the driver did not have proper id to get on base. If you're thinking about ordering custom furniture from Living Spaces, just don't. I placed my order with them back in July 7th for a sofa. The initial delivery date range was set for mid to late August. This is completely understandable and it is what the person helping us assured us on. August comes and goes with no delivery of the Sofa, so I called them to see what was going on. It was supposedly done with production and was being shipped to the warehouse, which takes 10 days. ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED! Living Spaces (BUYER BEWARE) I am trying to return an bed. I have chatted online with no answer. I have held three separate times on the phone for at least 30 min and then hung up on all three times. I have put in for a call back and when called it never rang just all of a sudden had a message. The bed I bought doesn't fit the base, message feature doesn't work correctly, and the mattress sold as plush but is firm, medium at best. Purchased a $4000 mattress and scheduled delivery 2 weeks out. We received the 15 minute warning update that they were on the way and then 3 hours later they still hadn't shown up. I called, waiting 30 minutes on hold, and the agent didn't have any information but would put a request in for someone to contact me within the hour. Two hours later I hadn't received a call back, so I called again only to find out that the warehouse put a queen bed on the truck when we had ordered a Cal King. It took ten weeks to get my dining set. It arrived damaged so they told me they would need another 8-10 weeks for a replacement will be sent to me. I called after 10 more weeks and they said the table was now discontinued and I won't be able to get a new one. My options were 15% off to keep the table or pick another one out on their website. The customer service IS HORRIBLE. Never order from Living Spaces. I'm now without a complete dining set and they do not want to refund the set.

Unfortunately, a very similar experience with the other recent reviewers. I purchased a bed that I received early August. The slats for the bed were missing. I called in immediately to see if they were left on the truck, but they said they needed to request a replacement that I would receive in 48-72 hours. After three days passed, I messaged using their Customer Service tool and was told the box "missed the truck" and I'd have it the next day. I have to call back again, and I speak to a guy that's pretty confused... He said... read more

PLEASE HELP!!! We ordered a sectional couch on May 9, 2021. We have been waiting 4 months and still NO COUCH. 5/6 pieces are sitting in a warehouse 15 miles from our house and they cannot deliver until all pieces are received from Living Spaces. We have called customer service 5+ times and there is never a supervisor to speak with us... no tracking number for the missing piece... NO HELP at all. Living Spaces should be ashamed that they had no problem taking $1900 in May and 4 months later still have NOT delivered a product.... read more

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. After my furniture delivery was pushed back (without notifying me) a supervisor was supposed to give me a call within 24-48 hours. It's been over a week and multiple call backs on my end and still have not spoken to anyone that could help and just keep getting told "there isn't a supervisor available to help". This furniture was paid for up front and that was a giant mistake. Again horrible service and a company that couldn't care less about their customers. Will never buy from th... read more

The worst furniture company ever. Waited 4 weeks for a bedroom dresser and when it was delivered they tried to give us a TV stand. We refused delivery. They then told us they had the dresser and would find it and have it delivered that day. Of course that never happened. They never even gave us a call back. It then took 24 hours for them to find the dresser and get the dresser back to the warehouse. We were notified the dresser was again ready for delivery.
