Rug came completely wet and torn. Totally disappointed with the experience. Their delivery is not as great and can be very careless. After the delivery there was screws missing under the dining table chairs and this carpet came 100% soaked and damaged beyond any use. And they are not letting me me even post this review! How disappointing. They do not let me post a negative review! That's why they have these awesome reviews on their products. Customer service is totally ignoring me. Worst experience ever.

Non existent customer support. You have to wait 25-30 minutes to reach someone by phone and even then they will not provide any information or provide any support on discontinued items they no longer carry. Purchased several items in 2017 including two power touch nightstands. Within a year, one of the nightstands power boxes failed. Ordered a platform bedroom set; was delivered on time but not all of the pieces to put together the bed were on the truck. After calling the CS line multiple times, we were escalated to a Manager - who incidentally, avoided our calls. Eventually, he told us 6-8 weeks to get the part in to put the bed together. We told him to come pick up the furniture, which was done 2 days later. I ordered a dining table set and couch on June 18th knowing it would take time for delivery. My delivery was scheduled for July 21 and a few days before I got notice that my delivery would now be delayed to Aug 20-Sept 3. I can't say I was surprised after reading reviews, but I truly thought I gave enough time! Worst customer service! I had missing parts for a bed and called the number they give and waited for no less than 15 minutes each time. Got cut off three times. Finally, I immediately asked for a call back if we got cut off the 4th time. Of course we did and I received no call back. After 72 hours I have no information on my missing parts and have yet to be able to speak to anyone or do an online chat as they say you can. I ordered 3 pieces of furniture in March. I was told they would come in the beginning of June. Then in June I called to get an update on my order and they told me my nightstands were in stock and would be sent to me. It is now almost the end of July and I have received nothing. I wouldn't be upset if they were just honest. Half the time when I would call once I got off hold they immediately hung up. The worst customer service experience I have ever had

I ordered a Couch on April 21st. 3 months later and it still has yet to arrive! I've received emails every few weeks telling me about another delay and no offer to compensate me for not having a couch in my living room for months on end.

Horrible experience buying from Living Spaces. We ordered our items on 06-June-21 with the agreed upon delivery date of 15-July-21. Today we only received one part of the 8 items we paid for. The end piece of a modular reclining sectional. After spending almost 2 hours on the phone (being hung up on once) we were left with the fact that they did not have inventory and may receive it in mid to late September, an entire 2 months after the original delivery date.
