Wish it could be zero stars. Ordered a desk that needed a small truck to access my home=fine. Original delivery rescheduled for new date, which was confirmed multiple times by email/text per the LS system. Arrival day comes and...nothing. They never ordered the truck. Was hung up on through their phone triage 4 times, wasting 2 hours of my time in the process. Refund couldn't be processed until my imaginary desk was unloaded from a truck it was never placed on. I ordered a custom color sofa on 5/3, and my delivery estimate was 7/11 to 7/20 according to their email. I chatted with an employee there a few weeks ago who said the line I ordered is taking only about 8 weeks. 8 weeks came and went, and then I reached back out and was told it's now at 16 weeks! On 7/9 I got a message that my order was almost ready, then today (3 days later) I got an additional email that the sofa wouldn't be in THEIR warehouse until 8/20... so presumably I wouldn't receive it in Illinois until close to Se... read more

If there was a way to give them zero stars I would. Living Spaces (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) delivered my power recliner WITHOUT A POWER CORD!!!! When I refused to sign the delivery receipt, they said they understood and then drew a line where my signature should be and sent me an email saying I had acknowledged receipt of my merchandise (WRONG!). I placed an order for two outdoor chairs in April. I was told that they would arrive at the beginning of June. I then was told they were delayed until mid June. I had to pursue the order when it again didn't arrive in mid June. I was finally told that chairs were in and that they were undergoing inventory control. We purchased a sectional May 2020 and added on a 5 year Care Free Plan. The sectional was great for about a week but shortly thereafter the velcro would not keep the cushion in place and the it would slide off causing the cushion to warp and shift. I called Living Spaces but all they can tell me is to call the Warranty Service. When i told them my experience with the Warranty Service, the person I spoke to didn't even seem to care or assist with getting someone from that company to work with me. I ordered a coffee table on 5/14/21. It was not in stock, but the web site indicated it would be shipped 6/15/21. I was shocked that my credit card was charged in full for an item that was not in stock. Doing so is a violation of Texas and California consumer protection laws. I called and was advised that I was charged the full amount to save my place in line for the item. On 7/5/21 I was advised the item would not ship until August 2021. Worst experience in my life ! I even spent 7000 dollars there! 1. The surface of backside of the mattress is broken.
