Showroom beautiful, furniture perfect for what I need, sales person so great! Follow up customer service beyond poor and not worthy of even one star. I spent over $2400 for outdoor furniture in the end of May and told delivery would be July 1st. Since I had a family gathering in mid-July I told myself "that's an okay wait I suppose". I ordered a bed, box springs, dresser, and two nightstands early this year and it was all supposed to be delivered by May 2021 . When my items were delivered it was only the bed and box springs. I received no notice of the missing dresser and nightstands before the delivery day. The delivery men were terrible. They drug the boxsprings on the ground outside and damaged it. Worst experience ever especially when your spending $6,000 there. I was told by the "store manager" the sofa came with the ottoman. One day before delivery I called to confirm the delivery and come to find out it was not included which on the purchase date we agreed on a price that came with the ottoman. I should not of had to pay for this and feel like I should be credited back after I had to purchase it. My order was delivered with missing support legs for the bed frame. As per delivery person's conversation with the Liv. Spaces customer services, the legs were supposed to be delivered the same day on an emergency delivery basis and I was supposed to receive a call within 10 min. Two hours passed * no call. When I called in myself and spoke to Jose in Customer Service, I was told that the support legs would be delivered in 2 day on July 2nd, 2021. Purchased a sectional in 2019 with an extrnded warranty. Had issues that were not covered 😡. After going in and speaking to the floor manager Christian Escalona (glendale Az) he talked to the warranty company and is replacing the entire couch for zero $ out of pocket. Christian gave the absolute best customer service I have had in years. Great company and EXCELLENT customer service

If I could give negative stars, I would. Possibly the worst experience as a customer in my life. Living Spaces will go out of their way in losing more money before they do the right thing by their customers. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to the showroom looking for a new sectional, the one I had for the last 6 years was too small now. Spoke with one of the reps on the floor about different fabrics and she told me the fabric I ended up ordering was supposed to be the most durable and easy to clean. Never in my life have I experienced such POOR - RUDE- and DISHONEST customer service. I have requested both online and through phone calls - to speak to a supervisor about the problems with my order. I have been lied to- hung up on- and ignored. I ordered furniture to be delivered june 19th to june 26th. Well they called to tell me I wont get delivery til August. I would never have purchased to be delivered in august. I called and they pretty much said nothing they can do.
