The worst experience buying furniture ever! We ordered a bed form them, took 3 weeks! When it came in it was missing all the hardware to put it together and they said they can't ship out the hardware separately and there is no replacement beds available so now we have to return the bed! And when returning anything they will NOT refund the money until the shipping company picks up the furniture and then it gets transferred to their truck which takes ANOTHER WEEK! and then they can start the process of refunding the money for ... read more

I must have been one of the few lucky ones. Ordered the Banks Sofa and Chair half. Took about 4 weeks til the time it was in my front door. Both pieces are very comfortable and great quality. XPO logistics shipped the furniture and a local mover brought the product in my front door. Both came from the Texas store all the way to Minnesota. I will be ordering from them again.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered the Prestige down couch back on 11/27/2020 and was told that due to COVID, it would take up to 14 weeks. I was ok with this given the circumstances. Well, here we are in May 2021 and I still don't have the couch. They have proactively reached out by email once in March telling me the fabric was on back order with no ETA on when the fabric would be received. Very poor delivery process. Had a delivery date set up with them but none called to tell me that delivery will be cancelled due to supply problem. Setup another date and the products purchsed was incomplete. Missing mattress, missing a chair because according to them,its not within quality standard. Had to setup another date for both chair and mattress. One day before delivery, they said mattress is still not coming. My wife ended up cancelling the order. Before you purchase anything at living spaces, please read the cancellation/return policy. It is why I will not buy anything at living spaces anymore. I had purchased the whole living set at linking spaces that are special order. Which means the way the couch or chase faces. I was not advise or explain the 25% nonrefundable deposit after purchase made. This is like 4 days later I realized it not fitting my living from correctly and they have not receive delivery date yet and cancel with 25% penalty. I did sign the terms with... read more

Unfortunately I wish I had listened to the reviews. They are an awful company to work with. They are not customer centered at all. I ordered my furniture, and paid in full on February 27th. I was told that the order would arrive in May. I did not receive any contact in between. I reached out to them on May 6th to see if my order was on track, I was told, "it's in the warehouse! Classic bate and switch. I went to Living Spaces to see if they had a good deal on a bed. They had a Queen sized bed with headboard and frame and the sign said the price was for the "full set." The sale woman agreed that it was for the "full set." It seemed like a good price, so we bought two, for two guest rooms. At no time did she say, and nowhere on the sign did it say, "mattress and boxspring not included." One would assume a "full set" involves the mattress.
