Living Spaces sold me furniture that is falling apart they want $150 come look at, not fix the furniture. I already paid for a protection plan. When I called in for help, they told me that I did not have a week, but 2 days from delivery to count as a delivery issue. I was told at the store that I had a week after delivery to change my mind. I feel scammed and cheated. The connectors between the sections are not long enough to keep them together.

I'd give a zero if I could. I purchased a buffet, after seeing it in the store, because it matches the table I also purchased there but what I received is WAY DARKER! They were very rude but let me return it but charged me the delivery fee even though what they delivered was not even close to what is pictured here or on display in their store. I would have purchased the one in the store but they wouldn't let me. Reading the reviews I realized they knew about this problem! It's like a bait-and-switch and it's deceiving. The c... read more

Purchased a sectional in Sept 2020, was told it would arrive 10-12 weeks, didn't get delivered until end of Dec 2020. Issue was the cushion for the chaise has feathers protruding through the cushion case. We called to get a replacement, but they only sent the casing (not the cushion as requested). We were informed to file a claim. So we filed a warranty claim, they sent someone out and then denied the claim because the store claimed it's not a warranty defect, even though all other cushions were fine. If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. I ordered a bed from them, getting delivery scheduled was impossible. Finally got it scheduled for a Saturday, they attempted to deliver at 11 am when delivery time was scheduled 3-7. We obviously were not home and never received a call. We rescheduled for the following week on Wednesday, confirmed, they moved it to Thursday without letting me know. I'm absolutely livid This is the third time working with Living Spaces, and I could not be more upset at the service on all fronts. Our delivery was scheduled for this morning at 8:15 a.m. but came at 10:30 a.m. The driver AFTER THE FACT, told us that they couldn't deliver it to our rooftop terrace. Maxi is on the 3rd floor. ***** S This was the worst shopping experience of my life. They sold me a sofa with severe structual damage that you could only see if you turned the couch over in the showroom. They tried to repair 2 feet that were broken off they were both pointing in the wrong direction, and left big holes in the supporting plywood. The reclining mechanism on one side was severely bent. I ordered a couch from this company and when they delivered it, they sent two kids over that could barely lift the thing. They tried fitting it through the front of the building, which was not difficult with a little maneuvering, but they gave up in 5 min and said it wouldn't fit and just left! When I called Living Spaces, they transferred me to the Supervisor who was completely unprofessional and quite honestly an embarrassment to anybody working in customer service. I ordered a custom coach and it took 6 weeks to be delivered which I understand because of COVID. The problem I have it with in a few months the couch cushions already started to sag. The material is very durible and easy to clean. The couch looks like it's a few years old. I paid 2.5k which more than willing to pay but the quality is terrible. I will never buy from them again.

I was sold a loveseat that was not available and when it was it was of such poor quality they couldn't deliver it. They wasted my time making me go to the store to communicate because they only use email. They promised delivery twice and they canceled both times. I stayed home all day waiting and disposed of my old couches in anticipation of the new one being delivered and was left holding an empty bag.
