The worst service EVER!!! I waited two months for my outdoor furniture to be delivered. The day before the scheduled delivery, they called me and said there is a delay in the shipment for another month, and they can't even give me a timeframe when my furniture will be delivered. I would never buy anything from them again. Paying a premium for nothing.

I have made 6 purchases from this place. TERRIBLE customer support. I have bought my last thing from them. Absolute ZERO when it comes to customer support.

This company hired a shipper that delivered me an $800 couch broken. Their customer service is some of the worst I have ever dealt with. They hang up on me every time I get "transferred" to the claims department. I will not be buying from this company anymore and I would not recommend this company, their product, or their customer service to my worst enemy.

Worst company that I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is awful. Did you know it's impossible for them to mail you a protection plan brochure? They can't! You have to physically go to the store to obtain a copy or go to the website and print information, not a brochure. The my emailed me a link, which requires you to create a google account in order to download anything. Also their online chat is awful. You send a question and may or may not get a reply. Ordered a TV hutch that had multiple peices needing to be swapped out due to damage. One item over three different times. Ordered two dining table sets with a estimated delivery time of 4-6 weeks. I received one table in just a few weeks however the chairs that go with have yet to be delivered now 9 almost 10 weeks from purchase. My frustration with this company is that they advertise items to be in stock but when you ask why you can't schedule delivery after the purchase has already been made they claim its not in stock. This place has completely shredded my wife to tears. I wish I would have gone on here to look at reviews earlier, but please avoid this place with your money. The furniture looks nice, but the problem is that they don't have all the parts. They have been to our house five times and have not been able to bring the right parts. The last time, they came, they brought damaged parts they tried to pawn off as new. This is maybe the first negative review in the last decade I have written and I wish I did not have to. I told myself a few years ago I would never shop here again after a nightmare issue with a sleeper sofa and horrible customer service and an even worse warranty. I was told they are "better" and to take a look again when looking for a dining set. Despite being given a delivery date for the whole table, after a month and a half I only have the base to my table and the chairs, but wasn't told the top to the table was not in. Ordered a bed set and nightstands on 1/2021 with delivery date of 3/31. They pushed the date by another month because they are waiting on the manufacturer to have the item in stock. This set was in stock when we ordered, and paid in full! Call center rep is a joke and unhelpful. They just repeat the same thing: just wait for an email. Terrible service I have never experienced before.

Ordered a desk and paid in full $1,179.86 on January 25, 2021. I received an email stating the desk would be delivered on 2/25/21 with a delivery time. I ordered another piece of furniture in February, called Living Spaces when it was time for other item to be delivered. I requested both items be delivered at the same time.
