Purchased two sofas and a chair from Scottsdale AZ store. It was delivered quickly. However, upon inspection of one sofa and the chair, there were tears in the fabric around portions of the wood frame. There was no one in the area that could do repair so the warranty department opted to replace the items. The chair was exchanged but the sofa was not because it was out of stock. This is possibly the most disorganized and frustrating company I have ever dealt with. When I placed my order, they said it would arrive in 6 weeks. They missed that window, and then kept saying it was 3-4 weeks away. We are now at the 4 month mark, and they just told me it should arrive in 8 weeks. Its literally farther away than when I started! I have never experienced such a poor and horrible customer service. We purchased a living room set on April 25th with a delivery day for today. My husband took the day off to receive our delivery, they went to our apartment but because my husband didn't open the the door fast enough (3-5 min) they left. According to the store manager they should have wait 15min there. My husband called right away and the girl on the phone told him that we need to wait 14 days for us to get our furniture. During claims process, each time I spoke to warranty department, I was assured someone would get in touch with me regarding when the product was back in stock. That never happened. Only reason I found out it was in stock was by checking online for availability. It took me four times to actually speak to someone in warranty (first time they hung up on me, second time I waited 50 minutes and no one picked up, third time I was told I would get a call the next day to schedule delivery and never got a call). This corporation is an absolute joke. Zero customer service and zero resolution. Horrible and steals your money. UPS lost my order and somehow that is my fault and I am the one who had to get them to even call UPS in the first place. Do not spend your hard earned money with this joke of a company. I only put 1 star because you have to put something, it's definitely a zero star company.
I have nowhere else to go. You can't get a call back... you can't even reach a live human being. I ordered furniture in February. All my other furniture has arrived from all my other furniture companies... but not Living Spaces. The order is now weeks beyond it's promised delivery window... and no answers. I purchased furniture in January and was told I would have my furniture delivered by Mar 4th. Called a week before to be told that it would then 28th of March. Called before to be told that my sales rep that there was a shipping delay and only had pieces in but they have stock coming in on the 8th of April that should be processed and my delivery should be a week later. Living Spaces has the worst Customer Service and return policy. This is the 2nd time we have been burned. We ordered an expensive Zero Gravity love seat and it is simply a torture device. The one side sags, and the other side is so uncomfortable it has left me with back problems. I called at day 14 once we had time to try out the furniture and determine the issues and the only resolution is a "repair". How do you repair a recliner that is just poorly designed. Purchased an outdoor furniture set a month ago that was in stock and was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Our credit card was charged $3,500 right away. After several delivery delays and numerous calls they cancelled our order. Now a month later after being out of pocket $3,500 we are trying to get our money back. STAY AWAY!!
