Terrible customer service. We custom ordered a sectional in November. It was due to arrive mid February. In mid February I checked on the status and they informed me it was delayed and now shipping on March 8. On March 23 I got a call from them that my material for the sectional was on back order and now my sectional would be delivered in late May!! What??! It wasn't even made yet??? It was supposed to ship March 8!! I asked for a manger to please call me to discuss this and I have heard nothing all week. I called back two... read more

We purchased a couch that was two pieces Jan X XXXX. They delivered half of the wrong couch entirely. It was a custom piece, so they had to remake the missing part. When the notified us the second piece was almost ready we found out that they made it in the wrong color. All this after hours on the phone and being bounced around phone reps. We're now looking at a delivery date in May.

WORST delivery service ever. The drivers were not cooperative and rushed through the delivery of our new recliner. We asked them to please move aside the old recliner (which can easily be pushed aside by one person) but they refused. I have a back problem and only my daughter and elderly mom were home and they couldn't do it. The went in, plopped the new recliner in the middle of the room and then rushed away saying "they have other customers." Totally unprofessional. Purchased a ArrowMask sofa and chaise lounge and accent chair from Living Spaces on 4/28/2019. Purchased the Credit Lee extended warranty as well for $118.50 just because the sales person sold us on everything that was covered. Flash forward to February 2021 to report seam separation at various spots on our sofa as well as a broken arm of the sofa. Horrible!!! I received my furniture with manufacture defects and the warranty center will NOT respond to my warranty claim! Not calls or emails back! Nothing! DO NOT SHIPE HERE! Very poor service!!!

I also purchased a Dorstan sectional sofa & recliner from Living Spaces on Dec 27, 2020 and was assured to receive in mid-February 2021. After many conversations with the Living Spaces customer services and being promised it would be ready in another 2-3 weeks (I was NEVER called by Living Spaces!) I was informed that the sectional sofa would be ready for delivery on March 25. When I called AGAIN I was informed that Dorstan was not honoring any more orders AT ALL. I highly suggest that Dorstan Furniture be recalled.

This place is a total scam. It has taken nearly 5 months, and I still don't have a complete dining set. I ordered chairs months ago and still haven't received all of them. Nothing is on time, they never tell the truth, and don't care about the customer. I gave showed o 5 tunes to pick up items per their instruction and the item was there. No phone calls, no consideration. Like most of the reviews here, I'd give this place a zero. After ordering a custom couch to fit specific dimensions, the couch is 6 inches short, the chaise is 3 inches short, and the depth of the couch is 2 inches short. Aside from the dramatic size discrepancies, the cushions are misshaped and do not meet the base of the couch. I've tried to resolve this issue with living spaces and their warranty department, only to be told that this meets their standards. HOW. Don't waste your money. We purchased a sectional, ottoman from Living Spaces, and the 5 year warranty for both. Our dog vomited on both the sectional and the couch. After submitting a claim, I received no response so I followed up with the warranty provider who informed me that a "kit" was being sent to my house so I could clean it myself. I informed them I have a professional upholstery cleaner and asked if I could use that because I didn't want to wait the TWO WEEKS for the kit to arrive.
