Never doing business here again!!! It's been over 3 months since I ordered my sectional from this place. When we orders it the timeframe was 8-10 weeks when I knew people who had ordered months before that still hadn't received theirs. False advertising for sure! They barely changed it a month ago to 16-18 weeks..fast forward now people have been waiting over 4 months for their couch! I custom ordered couches which took much longer than the anticipated 8-10 weeks. The delivery was horrible. Delivery men didn't even tell me their names before coming in my home and one acted frustrated for some reason unbeknownst to me. The quality of the upholstery work is HORRIBLE. Wrinkles and bunches of fabric all over! Staples and loose pieces of fabric hanging off. Stuffing coming out of pillows. I called and started a complaint with them and sent pictures, but that took a 45 minute wait on hold with Customer service.... read more

The absolute worst experience I have ever had making a purchase with a company. I was quoted that I would receive my shipment in 8-10 weeks. I called several times for updates and was not given any new information. The most recent time I spoke with them, I was told sometime between 1/15-1/24. This is more than the double the time they quoted. They made no offers to discount my price. I still don't have my couch or table. I'll never order anything else from them.

Let me preface that the couch I received is of good quality, but I have no intentions of ever ordering from this company again after the multiple horrible customer service experiences. Had I just been communicated with, offered restitutive options for the delay in my order, and not been given the run around when I followed up on months-delayed order, I wouldn't review this company so poorly. This is about Living Spaces at XXXXX Fremont Blvd, Fremont California. They honesty have the worst customer service in the history of furniture stores. You really do not need my experience to tell you that. As you can see their customer review rating is 1.05/5. But for those that want to know about my experience, here it is. We purchased a special order sofa, loveseat and ottoman on labor day 9/6/2020. We were told it would take 8-10 weeks to deliver and it actually came in 11 weeks later on 11/19/2020. All 3 pieces delivered were damaged with black oil stains. A technician came with a bissell and soap/water solution and tried to scrub the spots and was unable to fix it. Event into the store and spoke with a manager who took my order. Went home to measure my space and placed the order by paying in full in mid October 2020. I was told delivery would be 9 to 11 weeks. Never even got a receipt. Emaiked the manager and asked for a receipt and got no response. I expected delivery Christmas 2020. Called the store and was told delayed until late Feb 2021. What??? Avoid Living Spaces in Roseville at all means. You are pampered and smiled at until you swipe your card at the register and then the rollercoaster begins...... I ordered multiple items at that store and not a single time it went smoothly. This review is about two lamps where the second one has not been delivered. I was supposed to pick up the second one on December 12th. When I arrived to pick it up they were confused and were not able to locate the lamp.
