I ordered a bench on 10/4/20. The initial delivery date was for 10/30/20. It was then pushed out with no estimated delivery date. I called back a few weeks later and was advised that the order would be in the warehouse and I should be receiving an email for delivery. That never happened. I called today (12/24) and was advised they no longer make the bench but no one ever contacted me to let me know. I guess they would have just kept my money until I said something. I purchased sofa set and really not at all worth of it. cushions always come out and never comfortable when sitting. Hand rests are not strong and broken.

LIVING SPACES - WORST WORST WORST store and their delivery is SOOPER BAD. We bought a dining table, an expensive one. So far they made 3 delivery trips and yet the assembly of dining table is not done. First time they delivered chairs saying they picked the wrong dining table. Second time they delivered the base of the table and said they dont have the table top in stock Third time they delivered the table top but the entire hardware is missing. Special ordered a couch in September. They said it would be ready in 9 weeks. 10 weeks go by and there has been no communication. Went into the store to ask and they could not give me an answer. Just got an email saying that it will be ready at the end of January!!!!!!! 5 months for a couch. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

UNETHEICAL BUSINESS! THEY TRIPLE CHARGED ME AND WON'T RETURN MY MONEY!!!! Please DO NOT purchase anything from any Living Spaces stores. You will do yourself a big favor. They will literally steal your month, double charge you, not deliver the right product and won't refund the money they stole. I went through a big ordeal with their in store manage and their corporate employees and my issues is still not resolved 3 weeks later. Ordered my sofa and dinning room table Oct 2nd, 2020. Chatted with an agent for over an hour while we made sure all items were in stock, took pictures of the stairs into my home and up to our living area, sent those into make sure delivery would know and there were no issues. Delivery was for 30 Oct. Then delayed 2 weeks, called and was assured delivery before Thanksgiving, given $100 credit. Would love to give 0 stars but not an option. I do not understand how they can have an A+ they have the worse customer service ever. Was promised sofas in 2-4 weeks and due to covid it was delayed...understandable however it went oh no 4-6 weeks, oh 6-8 weeks, oh no 8-9 weeks, oh no 10-11 weeks. Let's be clear still no couch. Nobody reaches out they send the same generic emails to everyone with more empty promises and they do not care who they affect. 0 stars honestly is generous

Never buy from Living Spaces and please don't ever purchase the care free extended warranty. Total scam. You will never get ahold of anyone on the phone and if you do they say they have to transfer you and then it hangs up on you.
