I have a very new couch which is pilling in an abnormal way. Living Spaces basically let me know that they do not stand behind their products. The price is reasonable, the quality is very low

Wow. I do a whole lot of online shopping and never have I had such a terrible experience. I ordered a toy chest on March 23rd, and scheduled a pickup of the item for March 27th in Rancho Cucamonga. The chest was indicated to be in stock, and the only instructions received for pickup was to not pickup prior to the scheduled date and time parameters of 12pm - 8pm. Other than the order confirmation and the 10+ marketing emails I received from LS in those 4 days, there was no additional correspondence. My husband and I arrived t... read more

We bought a loveseat and we're so pleased! Our sales rep Art was so very helpful And made arrangements for us to receive in the following week He was caring and respectful I would shop there again Beverly and Ralph ******

My wife and I purchased two (2) nightstands and a dresser to the tune of nearly $1,900. We received the nightstands and one was damaged beyond repair. I contacted the company and was told the item is out of stock and never to return. I checked under a California zip code on their website and found multiple in stock. I questioned the manager who contacted me about the return. I was told they will not transfer items from one warehouse to another warehouse. To me that seems counterproductive in a customer focused environment. T... read more

The worst furniture ever. It's just my husband and I and we purchased a reclining sofa and it's 5 months old and the left side has a huge gap and there service department was here and made the gap larger and said nothing was wrong. I have to put a blanket on the top to cover it. The cushion makes a popping sound and again he said nothing was wrong. When you call the store they tell you to file a claim online. No customer support and we literally wasted a lot of money on a poorly made sofa. I am saddened that their company do... read more
