I asked for natural fiber the salesperson, Mr. Sese, offered me that. Come to find out, he LIED, and sold me a sofa with 100% polyester fabric. This happened two days ago, Saturday afternoon, I have called four times today and received a message that I was responsible for 25% of the cost. Why? the salesperson lied to me and told me the material had natural fiber. I am livid!!!

Horrible customer service. Purchased a $600+ coffee table, they delivered it box smashed in and table broken, called 4 separate times for a exchange, not ONCE did they follow up. It was an "elements piece" they said was now out of stock. When I asked if I could buy the floor model from the store, they said we could but it was damaged as well and then never reached back out. Like most others, I would give this place a zero. Particularly because of their dishonest and unethical employees. I am shocked at the horrible way I was lied to. I ordered a dresser in December with a 6 week delay back ordered. I called in the beginning of February and was told it would be February 9th. On February 17, I went on their website and saw that I could order the dresser for pickup at my local warehouse that same day. Oh ok. Read your Receipt. Bait and Switch. I typically do not write reviews but find it necessary on this occasion. We visited this location to purchase a couch for our new home in January. The salesperson was kind and knowledgeable however it was never mentioned the order was going to take up to 16 weeks to get delivered. They had known our desired delivery date for the couch was Feb 26th and noted it in the system. DONÂ’T DO IT! HORRIBLE!! ALL LIES! I bought a dining room set and it has been coming a piece at a time, 3 1/2 months and still missing 3 chairs. I received 2 calls, the rest of the time no calls. The calls I did receive was to tell me that my furniture didnÂ’t come in as planned after my pick up time. Three managers and they never called back as promised. Warranty claim started June 2020, still not resolved Feb2021. They even said they cleared it, ordered all new item with credit and it is supposedly an issue in their computer system that won't let it fund. Now no one even responds. Saddest part is its an adjustable bed that I bought for my grandparents who are bedridden in their 90s and I just cant get anyone at living spaces to take care of this.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Been waiting over a month after my purchase, only to be finally told that my merchandise is STILL at the manufacturer. Never ever EVER buying from this place again.

If I could give Living Spaces zero stars, I would. I purchased a sectional from Living Spaces in February 2020. It was delivered the first week of March 2020. I should have known from the time of delivery that we had made a poor decision to purchase from Living Spaces. The delivery driver drove over our landscaping leaving large intentions in our front yard. Acting oblivious to driving the delivery truck off of our driveway and onto the landscaping, the delivery men proceeded to carry in the sectional and cushions, running t... read more
