If I could give below one start, I would. We have had nothing but problems with our furniture purchased at Living Spaces. We were told that all the bed frames worked with their adjustable foundations and when the bed arrived it was manufactured to have wood slats (which we were required to buy even though we will not use them). The rails were designed for slats and the places designed for them prevented the adjustable bed from working. Very disappointing and frustrating experience we had. We spent $1,000 on a couch that we haven't received yet. We went to Living Spaces (Frisco, TX), purchase a couch on June 5, 2021 and they said that it could take "up to 60 days for delivery". Today, after 90 days, Living Spaces hasn't delivered and keep repeating the same answer : " we apologize, you should expect your couch no later then next week". Worst manager to deal with. Charlie, the manager at the Scottsdale location was rude, abusive and unprofessional to me when I visited the store, He started to argue with me when i was there and didn't care that he upset me or lost my business.

I went into your store purchased some furniture a sectional one of the recliners didn't work asked for replacement they suggested repair and use my repair plan it's brand new it should not need to be repaired they are the worst store ever that I've dealt with I think I will go back to Havertys customer service there is awesome

Worst company EVER!!! Purchased a bed for my son. It broke. Was covered by warranty but the parts were not available. They will notify me end of July (months later). No call. I called 10+ times in August to try to find out if the parts were in stock. Hung up on twice when asking to speak to supervisor since they told me they could not help me with the order # I had that was given to me by the warranty dept. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

Defective sofa which was returned and have not received refund yet. Poor customer service, am reporting to BBB. Don't buy anything from this awful company. I want my refund.

I actually wanted to make it a zero star but it wouldn't let me. Their warranty service is a JOKE!!! Do yourself a favor and and do not purchase the warranty they offer. They will not cover your claim!!! They will say "The issue reported is not covered by your plan" when it most certainly is! My plan specifically mentions it. Terrible how this places just take your money and don't do their part.

Very frustrated by my experience with Living Spaces. I placed a large order on May 2, 2021, and there have been issues with delivery of almost every item. I'm currently waiting on delivery of the Rowan bed frame, dresser, and mirror. The items have been scheduled for delivery four times - June 9, June 12, July 11, and August 29. Each time I plan my day around the delivery, receive a 3hr delivery window, and the items are not delivered. Living Spaces does not call to tell me the delivery was cancelled - I wait around all day ... read more

I visited Living Spaces today and selected 12 items for purchase after spending 45 minutes shopping. During check out, my salesman Pablo said that the silver vase I wanted to purchase is sold only as a set of two. I explained to him that I only saw one. He left the counter to go and try and find the other one, as did I, and neither of us could locate it after searching for nearly 30 minutes.
