Same issue as the other folks. I have been waiting for months for a replacement bookcase since the original was cracked. Delivery has been rescheduled several times now. I noted that on the complaints an automated response has been delivered by Living Spaces. Which should tell you what kind of low life outfit this is. DO NOT BUY FROM LIVING SPACES!!! 1. EXPECT DELAYS. In April, 2021, We ordered an outdoor set of Table/Umbrella/Chairs. It's been more than 6 MONTHS and we still don't have our complete order. Disgusting experience with the Living Spaces, Frisco TX Store. Not once but every-time i do business with them. The store employees including the store manager Jamie is a complete waste of time. This is the worst company I ever ordered anything from. Save your money, your time and all the headache and just find another furniture store. We bought a reclining sectional 4 months ago and the thing is already broken. Bent up frame, the manual recliner won't pop down with someone sitting in the seat, and the fabric is already balling up. Of course we called the warranty department and complained and we are told no exchange there's no refund blah blah blah. Super horrible. A 2.5k couch and it's thrashed.

I spent a week taking multiple trips to the store and being there for hours because their ordering system is clearly outdated, I was happy to finally get my items. Item (#XXXXXX) was delivered October 8th and it came damaged. The delivery men told me I had to refuse it send it back to the store. The legs were broken. After that, I found out the item was out of stock and the only one available was a floor model at the store, which you don't deliver. Worst experience I have ever had. We bought patio furniture early this year in March and still have not received a courtesy call or email. The times I have called no one seems to know when or where the product is. Extremely upset, disappointed!!!!!!!

I ordered 3 beds from LS. I received one- kind of. Missing drawers and slats. Can't even put a mattress on it. Also the guys assembled in the wrong room, and would not take it apart and correct it. I've placed many calls wondering why any pieces are missing!? When I ordered, they told me all items were in stock and wouldn't seek me something that wasn't. I wish I would have read reviews regarding Living Space's crappy service and furniture before buying my dresser. I purchased in in August 2021, picked it up on 8/27 and the next day unboxed it to find out that a corner was dented and damaged. I immediately contacted living spaces and the only resolution they offered was to have one of their technicians come out and "fix" it. They did not schedule a tech to come out until 10/7/21!
