I ordered an *************** Chest of Drawers from Living Spaces that was delivered on 12/29/22 wrapped up in plastic. After I opened the plastic and tried to open the drawers, I noticed that they were all misaligned - the gliders seemed to be crooked and the drawers would not open and close straight. It looks completely crooked from the front view. I filed a warranty claim the following week and Living Spaces sent a repair person from SAW Enterprises Furniture Repair to repair the issue. I purchased a Magnolia Trellis Queen Bed from Living Spaces (LS) Nov 2022. Told that bed would be available week of Dec 10-17 and that I would be contacted by their delivery co then. No problem. Late Dec LS emailed me to say my bed was in and delivery co would contact me to set up date. Scheduling of delivery with LS 3rd party contracted companies was and continues to be a nightmarish experience - after scheduling close to 10 delivery dates and experiencing 10 failed deliveries because "my product could not be located in the... read more

Bedroom furniture was delivered to us that had been badly and visibly repaired. We took delivery of 3 bedroom chests and returned them all and a nightstand as they were visibly repaired. **************** is NON EXISTANT. WE ARE EXPECTED TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE for the one nightstand that was not damaged because of the length of time it took living spaces to try to find acceptable matching pieces. Sales people are a delight. What a shame they have to work for this disgusting underhand co. We expect new furniture when placing ... read more

A damaged dresser (rotted on bottom) was delivered, and three subsequent appointments were made to deliver a replacement dresser and pick up the damaged one. Within minutes of the second & third scheduled deliveries, I received an email each time from Living Spaces advising that the delivery was cancelled because those dressers were also damaged. Was so excited to know that the Houston area was getting a Living Spaces store. Purchased a 3-piece sectional that I fell in love with. The sectional has nail-head trim along the bottom of the sofa pieces and up the arms. A month in, I realized that the nail-heads on the left sofa were smaller than the right. So because of the size difference, one sofa had 60+ heads and the other had 42. Warranty department agreed to replace the sofa with the smaller heads. Replacement arrived today, still incorrect.
