I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this store and loyalty and customer service is obsolete. What I value in the businesses I support is customer service. I was in the process of moving and during checkout PayPal must of switched my shipping address, although I put my new address on the website. LIVING SPACES SCAMMED US. Do not fall for their no-interest for 3 years campaigns! We bought furniture at the end of 2019 and were told if we spend $3k+, we'd qualify for a 3-year no-interest campaign. We asked multiple times if the no interest would be for all 3 years. They told us as long as we don't miss a payment in the 3 years, we'd be charged 0 interest. 2 years later, we get charged $1.7k in interest. Horrible customer service and low quality furniture. Ordered a dresser almost two months ago, only to have its delivery delayed another two weeks. Finally my dresser arrived completely damaged in many areas. I asked them to exchange it and they told me that they would not be able to deliver a replacement until a month later! They wasted my entire day and now want me to stay at home another full day for them to pick up their broken, cheap furniture. Negative one star. They have ******* up my order several times, lost half my couch sent the wrong couch to the warehouse and delayed delivery 3 times after I took off work. They called at 5pm the day of delivery to tell me it wouldn't be here for 2 more weeks. It's been a horrible experience and their customer service does absolutely nothing to help. I'm very unhappy with living spaces, we purchased a rug two months ago the first one delivered had damage and it was replaced , now two months later the rug is fraying in a few area. I called living spaces and they tell me they have no warranty on rugs, that was not mentioned when we purchased it. We did purchase the protection plan and I was told to contact them which I did, ow I'm being told that fraying is also not covered on the plan. Purchased couches and doesn't fit the room. 2 days after the return policy because Christmas is in between it. we asked to help us out because it doesn't fit the room. They where not help full and willing to talk. I tried to pay the difference.

I am extremely unhappy with Living Spaces, and I urge anyone looking for furniture to look somewhere else. I have been trying to have a sofa and chase delivered for about two weeks now in Austin, TX. I ordered a bedroom set in October. The set was delivered and the lights on the bed didn't work and the chest of drawers was broken in several places. They agreed to replace both pieces after several weeks they called and set the replacement bed was broken at the warehouse but they could replace the dresserZ. Dresser was replaced and they said I should order a particular light bulb to make the bed work. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered dresser and two night stands in May, finally got tired of waiting and no updates in December and request to cancel, instead of just putting money back to that card, which of course would be nice around Christmas they claim to be mailing a check. I also had a seperate order that came very damaged after waiting a couple of months for it. Customer service is severely lacking. AVOID.
