Order a mattress from then. Got a call to set up delivery waited 3 hours for them to show and nothing. I got no call, no text or email. I even emailed and called the numbers provided and no answer and reply back. Finally after the weekend finally someone called from a totally different number looking to reschedule my delivery. I had to leave work in the middle of the day to come home and wait for them again. Their customer service *****. After review of the account, we show this is an out of area order, FGO is the delivery company that picked the item up from Living Spaces, transported it to the delivery hub closest to the customers area. Their scheduling department contacted the guest to schedule delivery, at that point we are not made aware of any scheduling delays. We will share this feedback with upper management.

I very much dislike this company. Tried to order the couch and just change the fabric, they hit me with a 20% fee just for wanting to change the fabric. Also, when I left a review that didnt look favorably at their customer service, they decided not to show it. Says so much about this company. I am glad I dodged a bullet.

Delivered my entertainment center with no handles. They said they would deliver them already minimum of 6 times. I have taken off work 6 times and no one has showed up each time or call to say they were not coming. **************** tells me they are reaching out to the warehouse and again I dont get no call back. I will leave a bad review every time they say they are delivering and they dont show up. They need to start reimbursing me for the time I have missed work to stay at home to receive the items they have no delivered.

After review of the account, it appears the handles are not stored in our warehouse and have to be ordered and shipped directly from the manufacture. The parts can take up to 3 months to arrive. These details were provided to the phone agent that's been assisting you, they will follow up with you to go over available options if you decide not to wait for the parts to arrive.

Horrible customer service!! I bought ******************** for mostly all of my home. They messed up on my sectional and ordered the incorrect configuration and I was left with one piece. When they finally reached out to me I ordered a piece that would fit the one that was left because I was told that if I returned it I would be charged 25% fee. I received the new piece and it looks horrible. I called again and was told there was nothing they could do. I am stuck with an almost **** dll sectional that I absolutely hate!

If you're looking to lose money and have the worst buying experience then this is the company. Had two sectionals ordered with them. In first case they delivered it after a month but they couldn't fit it in the elevator. The box was too big because of the pillows etc. so I asked them to open the box and try to fit it but they refused. They took it back, and after multiple calls and emails returned money minus 10% restocking fee (why, if I didn't unpack or even touch it?).After that I decided to cancel my second order.
