My wife and I purchased two (2) nightstands and a dresser to the tune of nearly $1,900. We received the nightstands and one was damaged beyond repair. I contacted the company and was told the item is out of stock and never to return. I checked under a California zip code on their website and found multiple in stock. I questioned the manager who contacted me about the return. I was told they will not transfer items from one warehouse to another warehouse. Wow. I do a whole lot of online shopping and never have I had such a terrible experience. I ordered a toy chest on March 23rd, and scheduled a pickup of the item for March 27th in Rancho Cucamonga. The chest was indicated to be in stock, and the only instructions received for pickup was to not pickup prior to the scheduled date and time parameters of 12pm - 8pm. The worst furniture ever. It's just my husband and I and we purchased a reclining sofa and it's 5 months old and the left side has a huge gap and there service department was here and made the gap larger and said nothing was wrong. I have to put a blanket on the top to cover it. The cushion makes a popping sound and again he said nothing was wrong. When you call the store they tell you to file a claim online. BUYER BEWARE FREE SHIPPING MISREPRESENTATIONS Their customer service reps are scripted and not helpful. They state their return shipping policy is "plainly" stated on receipt. Why isn't it plainly stated prior to purchase? All that is visible is "Free Shipping". Plainly stated on sales receipt on an iPad is SEVEN screens down. Our experience here has been terrible! Within months of purchasing our recliners, they look worn out and an arm was torn. They will not replace. Our two guest chairs had the foundations loose and my husband had to tighten those. Under our new bed, we found a box of unopened screws??? We don't even know if our bed will last!! No help from Living Spaces. We are so disappointed as we spent over $11,000 at that store. This business is horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We went to the Living Spaces in Fort Worth, Texas. After so many times watching their commercials, we finally decided to go to the store. We were greeted by Madeline who was amazing and understanding with us. Absolutely AWFUL company to deal with. Do yourself a favor and DON'T order anything from there. There is no way this business will survive. They attempted to deliver a BROKEN and STAINED COUCH and then told me they couldn't refund the $200+ delivery..... rude, awful company.

I WONT EVEN GIVE 1 STAR but it does not allow me to move forward .... I had purchased the 2 nightstands and that got delivered on Feb 10th; when I purchased the item they did not tell me I have 7 days to review and return etc; as standard practice, I thought I have 30 days.
