Buying a car is traditionally an ordeal that usually takes up you whole day. Lithia and Derric made it painless and fast. I sopped far and wide since I am frugal (cheap) and this would be our last car purchase (70 yo). Pricing was an issue but they did their best and I had to decide it the service, convenience and and friendliness was worth the difference. It was to me and we got our car and drove away
Ever since we purchased our Jeep, we have been very happy with service we received, everyone we have had contact with provided good service, and warned us beforehand if any delay could be expected.
You cannot go wrong with these people. We've purchased two cars from them over the years and both experiences have been exceptional. More importantly, after buying the cars we've had exceptional customer service from everyone at Lithia. They've built their business on their reputation for honesty and going the extra mile for their customers and there simply is no substitute for that kind of integrity. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
I paid my 2014 Jeep off and went to Reno Jeep to take care of some business with the financial dept.They were very Rude and used bad language when they spoke to me.and was also giving me the run around..I will never buy a Jeep from them again..I will keep my business with Dolan Lexus..
My husband an i had work done yesterday. We had to wait there and it could not have been more plesant. They updated us on time, we waited and wayched T V they had wifi and gormet coffee we were happy campers.
No customer service...no caring people...took 8 days and counting to fix two car doors and reprogram a key. Lied over and over about when it would be ready and its still there. I'm literally gonna sit there and bitch or go to jail cause I'm over it.
